FSPISH – Meeting with the Union of KESH sh.a – Hydropower

Meeting with the Union of KESH sh.a Company

The General Secretary of FSPISH meets the unionists of the energy sector in Shkoder. The meeting consists to discuss about the problems that workers are facing in Hydropower and Administration of KESH company.

The issues that are submitted from the union leaders of KESH sh.a are as following:

salary adjustment
presentation of some problems related to the ventilation system in HEC Koman and its regulation
the membership
submission of the action plan for 2022 for the energy sector of FSPISH.

The next union meeting according to the work program will take place after a month, where the leaders of the sections will present the development of problem solving and of course other issues raised to be resolved for the employees of KESH sh.a.
