FSPISH Activities March 2022

In our daily work, this week we had the pleasure to had in middle of us the Officer of the Solidarity Center of the American Confederation AFL-CIO in Tirana, Mr. Steven McCloud. The General Secretary of FSPISH enabled visits in the mining sector, in the Bulqize Chrome Mine in the company Albchrome sh.pk as well as in the energy sector, where FSPISH has collective contracts, in OSHEE sh.a (FSHU, FTL and OSSH), KESH sh. as well as OST sh.a. In these meetings participated the President of CTUA, Mr. Kol Nikollaj and the Vice President of CTUA, ZNJ. Anisa Subashi. We had the pleasure to present our union structures in these companies as well as with our members. Get acquainted with the working conditions by visiting the chrome mine up to its 19th level as well as energy companies. Health and safety at work are our priorities, along with other issues related to improving working conditions , investments as well as the respect and correct implementation of collective agreements. Also during the meetings was enabled by FSPISH meetings with company leaders where it was discussed about Employee – Employer cooperation. The union leaders showed as always the commitment and responsibility in their daily mission in defense of the rights of the employees they represent. Our large union family is always side by side in defense of the socio-economic interests of the workshop. for their readiness for cooperation through dialogue and roundtables. The week closed with the analysis for 2021 and the work program for 2022.

Mr. Steven McCloud was introduced to all the leaders of the union sections of FSPISH where they were introduced to the topics raised for discussion by our unionists. In this meeting, the General Secretary of FSPISH, among the various topics and discussions that were discussed, launched the campaign for re-election of the Trade Union Councils in all its union structures, according to the Statute of FSPISH approved in its V Congress.
