FSPISH – FOR A SAFETY FUTURE IN THE WORK

For all the employees of the Chrome mine, Bulqiz, as well as in the 2 ferrochrome plants in Elbasan and Burrel, a reward has been given by the Albchrome company in the amount of 100,000 ALL. This reward has been achieved thanks to the tireless work of the Trade Union Councils but of course the collaboration between Albchrome and FSPISH as well. The remuneration given by the company to the employees is given after receiving the 13th payment, which is now undeniable every year and is a benefit gained through a collective labor contract, as well as many other benefits and rights included in the contract. All employees can enjoy on the eve of the end of the year holidays, together with their families! FSPISH is proud and thankful to of all its members, who support us and encourage us to work and fight for the best.
