Throughout the world, October 7, is known as the “International Day of Decent Work” as the symbol of the struggle for job security, better and safer income, health and social security, with the sole purpose of protecting the interests of the workers and the proper participation in the social dialogue.
A decent life is only possible through decent Work. Workers, all over the world, can, through safe employment, plan their future and their family.
Employees today are faced with big challenges. Most of the works today have bad conditions and poor quality, lack of work security, and little or no protection.
FSPISH calls on the Government to keep the sweat and dignity of the thousands of employees of the various professions, adopting the statuses of the difficult professions, emphasizing that this neglect of the Government is fatal to many other former minerals, oilseeds, etc. …, which are the ones that have built Albania, over the years.
Today, we are united and determined to fight for decent pay, safe working conditions, health and social security for all workers, safe employment, and end-to-end work.
These are our rightful claims, to ensure a decent life.
